Factories for Small and Medium Sized Companies (SMEs)
OTA Techno Park was established in 2005 under cooperation between Amata Corporation PCL and OTA City Industrial Promotion Organization, Japan. The project was essentially developed for Japanese small and medium enterprises.
Managed by Amata Summit Ready Built Co., Ltd. OTP tenants can enjoy shared facilities and resources such as a Japanese help desk and Japanese-speaking staff, reception and common area, meeting and training rooms, as well as product display corners. Occupying a total area of 15 rai, OTP is part of Amata’s continuing mission to adapt and innovate according to the needs of a highly diverse global manufacturing industry.
A special variant of our standard Ready Built Factories can be found at OTA Techno Park (OTP) located in Amata City Chonburi. These Ready Built Factories are designed particularly for Japanese SMEs with compact manufacturing needs. Choices of floor space are available between 320, 640, 960 and 1,280 sqm.
The total area of 15 rai is divided into 3 phases and contains 25 factory units.
- Phase 1: 2,650 sqm. 8 units.
- Phase 2: 2,880 sqm. 9 units.
- Phase 3: 2,650 sqm. 8 units.
